How to report repairs over the holidays
During the festive period our emails will not be manned but you can report emergencies via our online portal, Fixflo. This is accessible 24 hours a day.

Emergency repairs
All our trades, contractors and their suppliers will be enjoying a well deserved rest over the Christmas holidays and access to them will be extremely limited. However, should you have an emergency issue over the festive period please report this by using our 24 hour reporting system, Fixflo. This will give you access to emergency on call contractors for EMERGENCIES ONLY (damage to property or danger to life) at their own discretion. The contractor will make the decision as to whether a call out request is an emergency requiring immediate attention. Please understand that there are limitations on what contractors can do over the festive period when suppliers/merchants are closed.

Being ready for the festive period
We have put together a few quick tips on how to protect your property against the perils of winter:

• Check the location of your stop tap, so you can turn the water supply off in the event of an emergency, such as burst pipes.
• Report any known leaks or boiler issues now – small problems can quickly escalate.
• It is a good idea to leave the heating on low if you are going away over the festive period or set a timer so that the heating continues to come on regularly. This will help reduce the likelihood of condensation and burst pipes.
• In the winter any condensation problems tend to get worse and can cause mould to form. Maintaining an even temperature throughout the property will help.
