We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator to help our maintenance team.

This person will need exceptional organisational skills and a proven track record in multi-tasking. You do not need a background in lettings but an interest is important.

Full and part time hours considered for the right applicant.

The key responsibilities of this role:

  • Answer and deal with general telephone and email enquiries
  • General daily administrative duties
  • Updating the system daily to monitor and maintain property records
  • Managing a portfolio of properties including routine inspections
  • Log repairs received and liaise with the relevant parties to manage the repair to through to completion
  • Updating landlords and tenants on the process of repairs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all parties
  • Arranging compliance certificates

You must possess the following qualities:

  • IT proficient including competent use of social media and Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills
  • Good timekeeping
  • Confident self-motivated person with excellent customer care skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to structure day and prioritise workload
  • Able to work well in a high-pressured environment
